Why am I still using Facebook

With so many Facebook controversies out there, I’ve been asked on numerous occasions why am I still using Facebook. So, let’s keep it simple and make some lists πŸ€—

We’ve all heard the reasons why we shouldn’t:
Facebook tracks you around the web.
They like to experiment on us.
They are the main source of fake news.
Their privacy policies are slightly questionable.

Lately, there have been so many ‘attacks’ on the info provided by users, that I consider posting a list with everything my mom doesn’t know I did in my teenage years, to save those hackers the trouble. πŸ™„

But here’s where my Stockholm syndrome surfaces: As long as I get to ‘stalk’ people whom I don’t follow on Instagram, use their groups and messenger app, I don’t mind giving them access to my tech history 🀷‍♀️. They’re just trying to bring people closer, isn’t it? They have good intentions πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Now, going back to the real reasons I am still stuck on Facebook:
My boss makes me use it to manage or company page.
I get my info about school from groups.
All my family is on Facebook.
It has messenger.
It took me an eternity to teach ALL my grandparents how to use it. Not going to do that again, anytime soon with any new platform. No, Sir!
