About a class that brought happiness

Even though I am missing the last class with Thessa and Bo, I have to confess how much I enjoyed the elective. I don’t think that in all these years of study there’s ever been a subject that brought me so much excitement.

In a moment where I kept questioning whether my choice in Masters Studies is what I was aiming for  and in my confusion of not knowing exactly what will I become after ‘I grow up’ (because the end of my studies is just around the corner) exploring the visual and virtual cultures was like a very much needed breath of air.

I still don’t like my Masters and I still have no idea what will I be, but Who would have thought that even Foucault will become interesting and accessible in such a short time? Who would have thought  that discussing mainstream subjects (such as Momo, the Facebook controversy, or the shootings in New Zealand) will make us more aware of our surroundingns and will bring up so many interesting (and different) perspectives? And finally who would have thought that coffee tastes better on Fridays, at Nordkraft, on the 11th floor?

Can we transform this Elective into a full time Masters already?
